It is comfortable, cool , and the fit can be made perfect. I have a very small head, and I appreciate the offering of a size S. Biking to work meant getting back on the bike after a 30-year hiatus. I decided that the "extra" bucks to protect the ol' maraca was a worthy investment, so I checked the range of helmets available without price as an object. I selected the Bell Sweep R as a compromise between cost - it's easy to spend a LOT more - and ventilation performance, and have been most happy. It fits my head well (I'm a big boy, and I wear a BIG hat) and the ventilation works extremely well. That up-turned back end (a DA in 50s-speak) is key to creating vacuum to pull air through the hat, and it works great. One complaint - I REALLY wish the straps were about 2" longer.
